Digg Reader an effective replacement for Google Reader

Google Reader, the favourite news reader of millions, died earlier this year. But Reader fans should rejoice: There’s a replacement for Google Reader available now. And, reported by PCMag.com writer Jill Duffy, it’s an excellent one.

Digg Reader

Digg, a community news voting site, seemed like an unusual choice to develop its own RSS reader. But the company did just that, debuting Digg Reader shortly before Google Reader disappeared. And like Google Reader before it, the new Digg Reader is a free online RSS reader that renders reading RSS feeds an enjoyably simple task.

Intuitive

With Digg Reader, your news feeds will show up on the left rail, and the settings are hidden beneath a button on the top menu bar. Duffy gives praise to the design, saying it’s simple and intuitive.

Entrepreneurs

Furthermore, Digg Reader gives business owners the ability to efficiently keep updated on the news that impacts their companies. This is why, the new reader should be applauded.
