Provides monthly prepaid service at a 20% discount. Service is usually provided on a fixed schedule of visits, but unscheduled service may be applied against prepaid service. The amount of service to be purchased is decided by the client. Contracts of $250 or greater in service ($200 cost) provide a 1 business hour phone response and a 4 business hour onsite response for critical issues. Unused service carries forward.
For projects we offer discounts on the prepurchase of large blocks of prepaid time.
Automated offsite monitoring of your server. Includes the use of the Server Assist software to send daily status reports, plus any other notifications the server may be configured to send.
When you need help for a one-time project, or if you just prefer to pay as you go, ECC is always available to work on a time and materials basis.
