A Letter from Our Founder

In 1998, I founded Erlach Computer Consulting to provide IT management services to the Northern Nevada business community. At the time, I encountered the same story over and over. Business owners were being sold hardware or systems that didn’t match their goals. They weren’t getting solutions—they were getting sales pitches.

I saw a clear need for something better: someone who would represent the client, not the product.
